The power rear hatch is now standard on all models, as is wood and leather trim for the shift knob and steering wheel. The power passenger seat is upgraded from four-way to eight-way while the optional navigation system gets Bluetooth capability and voice actuated control. Last year's standard six-disc CD changer moves to the options list, making way for a standard single-CD setup.

• Well-appointed interior, rides more like a sedan than an SUV, loaded with high-tech features, solid reputation for reliability, excellent dealer service.

• Less powerful than some of its competitors, soft ride makes for merely adequate handling in corners, no third-row seat option.

  Has not lived up to expectations (had RX300 for 6 years). Vehicle tends to pull to left (told that was "normal"), exterior door moldings do not remain secure to car (repaired 3x, still a problem), lots of rattles and noises. Drivers seat is not flush to steering wheel. No fun to drive.

  First, this is a really nice car which makes any omissions really stand out. For one: dual acting sun visors (actually two per side-one for the front & side window and an extra one for the front) For eleven years Ive had them on my American cars. Second one: mud flaps. Oh, they are available for $160+ installation. Without them the car tends to get splattered easily. Third: complexity of controls.Yes, they do allow flexibility and optional ways to operate but a 600+ page instruction book! Too much! Now, Ive got to repeat what a wonderfully satisfying vehicle this is. No buyers remorse on this one!

  I drove an SLK for five years,this 05 RX 330 has been a godsend. I got it it on 12-31 and drove @1000 miles two days later I have never enjoyed such a quiet ride. I have put about 3200 miles on my RX and couldnt be more pleased, it makes even traintracks dissapear. I LOVE IT!

  I love this car. I enjoy the comfortable feel of the suspension. I feel like Im floating on air. I love the fact that I have a cassette, CD changer and a DVD. WOW.

  The comfort, reliability, and safety issues with my Lexus were all a big plus for me. Having all that in my vehicle along with the styling and elegance was enough to convince me it was the better choice to purchase. The service I have received after the purchase couldnt get any better. Im totally convinced that I would never buy any other vehicle except a Lexus. Im completely spoiled by its quality and overall performance.

  The one problem I have is there is really not a lot of room for the backseat participants....other than thatI love the Car - easy to maneuver and am comfortable driving it and dont feel like I am in an oversize monster. In FOUR words "I LOVE MY LEXUS"

  An Excellent car but not without shortcomings. Mileage should be better on the highway. Great ride and comfort. The pillars limit visability so must be extra cautious in reverse. Quiet. Soft (loose) steering but not bad for a car this heavy. Car designed for comfort not performance or economy.

  Lexus customer service is superior, making this a great make to own. The RX 330 is large enough to be easy to drive, while not taking up a full parking space and getting all the usual door dings, etc. The handling is excellent and its just plain fun to drive.

  I am a Mercedes person so I did not know what to expect when I got my RX. I will never go back to Mercedes now. This car is incredible. It is fun to drive and I do not even feel like I am in a SUV. I cant wait to get the hybrid.
